In conjunction with the recent launch of the all-new customer site, customers will have access to more robust and up-to-the-minute claims information. The new system will give customers access to numerous features to help better manage accidents and related claims. 

The online view will have easy access to estimates and pictures viewed by numerous rights approved users along with data analytics for vehicle downtime, repair cost based on specific vehicle makes and models, and robust data analytics and reporting on the several various accident types.

"Esthetically, the system follows Emkay's user-friendly online system guides and combines our I-CAR Platinum claims adjustors with technology to give a full-service accident management program to our fleet customers."
