Safe Fleet has named Mike Schulte president of the provider of safety components and equipment for work trucks and other fleet vehicles, the company has announced.
Schulte has a strong track record of growth-focused executive leadership at leading Fortune 500 brands such as General Motors and Danaher, most recently serving as the Group President of the Mechanical Products and Solutions division at Atkore International, according to the company.
"As Safe Fleet grows it is necessary to evolve our organizational structure to support the successful execution of our strategic initiatives," said John Knox, chairman and CEO.
Schulte joined the company shortly after the March 5 announcement. Safe Fleet is based in Belton, Missouri.
