U.S. Bank has integrated Verra Mobility’s toll management services into its Voyager fleet platform, giving fleet customers a centralized way to manage toll payments and violations across participating U.S. toll roads.

The new service automatically pays and records toll transactions and incorporates them into the Voyager platform’s billing and reporting. The integration is intended to reduce the administrative work associated with managing toll activity across multiple tolling authorities.

For fleet operators, toll management joins fuel, EV charging and maintenance among the expenses that can be managed through the Voyager platform.

Bringing Toll Expenses Into Fleet Reporting

Verra Mobility processes more than 300 million toll transactions annually across 7 million fleet vehicles, according to the company.

Through the integration, Voyager customers can use Verra Mobility’s toll processing system to manage payments and violations while receiving toll information through their existing fleet payment and reporting system.

“Managing tolls across the country can quickly become complicated for fleets,” said Stacey Moser, chief customer officer at Verra Mobility. “By partnering with Voyager, we’re giving fleet operators an advanced technology solution designed to handle toll payments, reduce costly toll violations and get a clearer picture of their toll expenses and all through a platform they already use.”

The integration could be particularly useful for fleets whose vehicles travel through multiple tolling jurisdictions, where different payment systems and authorities can add administrative work.

Voyager Expands Fleet Payment Services

The U.S. Bank Voyager Fleet Program is accepted at more than 320,000 locations for fuel, maintenance services and EV charging. Toll management now becomes another expense category available through the platform.

Pape added that the integration is intended to help customers manage toll activity, compliance and expense reporting.

The Voyager Toll Management solution powered by Verra Mobility is now available to U.S. Bank Voyager customers.
