Merchants Fleet Management has made several changes to its leadership team, including naming John Cail as its vice president of mobility, the Hooksett, N.H.-based fleet management company announced.

The moves have been made to "adapt to the future of fleet and move toward its aggressive growth goals," according to the company.

"Over the past year, Merchants has experienced incredible growth," said Brendan Keegan, chief executive. "We've hired some of the best minds in fleet, and we’ve continued to make strides toward our vision of advancing our presence as one of the largest fleet management companies in the country. We're excited to build on this progress by identifying our leadership's strengths, leveraging their industry knowledge, and ensuring they can deliver the best results possible by implementing these well-deserved organizational changes."

In addition to Cail's promotion, Merchants has added senior vice president titles for Jeanine Charlton, chief technology officer, and Jerry Pavelich, chief financial officer. Tom Coffey is now the senior vice president of sales, and Adam Secore is now the senior vice president of operations.

Five new vice presidents include Jack Firriolo over fleet credit; Dan Hannan over strategy; Alicia Hart over human resources; Amanda Rogers over marketing; and Miro Radujkovic over auto for Merchants Auto.

Lastly, Lisa Forte has been named senior executive assistant.
