Merchants Fleet Management created a Southeast region as its fourth sales territory and has hired three regional vice presidents to lead the company's expansion in that region, the fleet management company announced.
The Hooksett, N.H.-based company hired Bill Stueber, Mike Combs, and Dusty Cummins as the regional VPs. The company is still determining which states will be included in the new region. Other regional sales leaders include Jon Keller in the Central region, Diana Holland in the Northeast region, and Jeff Thomas in the West region.

Mike Combs, VP, Merchants Fleet Management
Stueber previously served as vice president of commercial fleet leasing for The Bancorp's commercial fleet leasing division for more than six years. He has 20 years of experience in fleet industry that also includes stints at Enterprise Fleet Management and Sutton Leasing.
Combs joins the company from The Bancorp's commercial fleet leasing division, where he served as vice president of sales and marketing for the past six years. Prior to that role, he held roles with Enterprise Fleet Management and Sutton Leasing.
Dusty Cummins, VP, Merchants Fleet Management
Cummins spent four years as vice president of sales at Element Fleet Management and as regional sales manager for The Bancorp's commercial fleet leasing division. Cummins is the membership chair for the NAFA Fleet Management Association's Atlanta chapter.
