Ford Pro has opened the order banks for the 2025 E-Transit, with new starting MSRPs to offer commercial fleets more flexibility in choosing the best powertrain for their business.

The 2025 models also feature factory-installed vocational packages and a new cash incentive for commercial charging to promote electric vehicle (EV) adoption.

Vocational Packages and Upfit Accessories Maximize Value

In the 2025 model year, the Ford Transit and E-Transit can come equipped with four new factory-installed trade packages that shorten the order-to-delivery process and save tradespeople time and money.

The packages can be financed together and streamline the upfit process, as businesses and commercial fleets can still take advantage of the three-year, 36,000-mile warranty and service from Ford Pro.

Available Trade Packages include:

  • Electrician trade package: Includes drawers, bins to store parts, and reels to hang wiring bundles.
    MSRP starting at $4,370

  • HVAC trade package: Offers large shelves, storage bins, and specialized refrigerant storage racks and restraints.
    MSRP starting at $4,440

  • General Contractor package: A mix of multipurpose shelves, bins, drawers, and hooks.
    MSRP starting at $2,900

  • Foldable Shelving Package: Large-capacity folding shelves intended for delivery services.
    MSRP starting at $3,300

Ford Pro will offer additional packages to upgrade the cargo van's interior, improve functionality, and increase accessibility. Other new options available:

  • Wall Liner Kit (ceiling, wall, and door): Comes in regular or long lengths and includes lighting and wheel well covers.

  • Large Grab Handles Kit (2 D-pillars): Comes in regular and long lengths to support easier accessibility.

Changes to the packages and options for the Ford Transit include a mobile power cord, smart acceleration truncation that helps fleet managers improve driver behavior by limiting acceleration based on auto-calculation of payload, and a 180-degree opening standard on all low and medium roof cargo vans and passenger vans with a 50/50 hinged rear door.

The Business Case for Going Electric

To support the transition to electric, Ford Pro is offering a new $2,000 Commercial Charging Cash Incentive, which can be combined with other local, state, and federal incentives to reduce the cost of adopting electric vehicles and their technology.

Commercial fleets can also expect significant cost savings due to a 48% reduction in scheduled maintenance costs with E-Transit models compared to gas and diesel vans.

Starting MSRP for 2025 models:

  • 2025 E-Transit and Comparable Transit Cargo Vans - $51,000

  • 2025 E-Transit Chassis Cab - $46,200

  • 2025 E-Transit Cutaway - $45,700

With these changes and new incentives, the 2025 Ford E-Transit lineup and Ford Pro software make it more attractive for commercial fleets to transition to electric.
