The 2027 Jeep Grand Cherokee lineup adds Upland, Trailhawk and Overland trims, along with updated technology and equipment across several existing trims.

The Jeep Grand Cherokee lineup expands for 2027 with new Upland, Trailhawk and Overland trims, along with technology and equipment updates across several existing trims.
The 3.6-liter V6 remains standard on the Grand Cherokee Laredo and Laredo X. Laredo Altitude and higher trims come standard with the 2.0-liter Hurricane 4 turbocharged four-cylinder engine.
Jeep lists maximum towing capacity at 6,200 pounds when properly equipped. The Grand Cherokee also offers up to 11.4 inches of ground clearance, a 36-degree approach angle, 24.4-degree breakover angle and 30.3-degree departure angle.
What's New for 2027
The Grand Cherokee Laredo and Laredo X receive a standard 10.1-inch infotainment screen, replacing the previous 8.4-inch display, along with a new 18-inch wheel design.
The Laredo Altitude also receives a new 18-inch wheel design.
New for 2027, the Laredo Upland adds several off-road-oriented features, including:
- 18-inch wheels
- 265/60R18 all-terrain tires
- Front fascia with Vapor Gray tow hooks
- Body-color roof
- Dark neutral gray exterior accents
- Capri leatherette and suede seats in Global Black
The Grand Cherokee Limited receives a new 20-inch wheel design, wireless charging pad and rain-sensing windshield wipers. Limited Reserve models add automatic power-folding mirrors.
Trailhawk and Overland trims will also join the 2027 lineup with late availability.
Exterior and Interior Options
New exterior colors for 2027 include High Gloss Black and Sting Gray. Ghost, Red Hot, Olive Green, Midnight Sky, Ember and Red Rock will be available later.
Bright White, Steel Blue, Copper Shino and Fathom Blue also remain available.
Interior color options include Global Black, Tupelo/Black on Summit models and a new Wicker Beige option for the Laredo.

The Grand Cherokee is manufactured at Stellantis' Detroit Assembly Complex at its Mack and Jefferson facilities.
Pricing and Availability
The 2027 Jeep Grand Cherokee is available to order, with vehicles expected to begin arriving at dealerships in late 2026.
The entry-level Grand Cherokee starts at $41,515. The new Upland starts at $49,990, while the Trailhawk starts at $54,995 and the Overland starts at $57,895, including a $1,995 destination charge.
