Volvo Car USA Names New Commercial Fleet Account Manager
Paul Kasbar was named commercial fleet account manager for Volvo Car USA effective April 2021. Kasbar is based in the San Francisco Bay area. Prior to joining Volvo Car USA, Kasbar worked for Element Fleet Management as vice president, sales, a position he held from January 2015 to March 2021.

Paul Kasbar was named commercial fleet account manager for Volvo Car USA effective April 2021. Kasbar is based in the San Francisco Bay area. Prior to joining Volvo Car USA, Kasbar worked for Element Fleet Management as vice president, sales, a position he held from January 2015 to March 2021.
Previously, Kasbar worked as a regional sales manager, fleet for Mobileye from 2012-2014. Mobileye is a developer of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).
Kasbar started his fleet career in 1991 with Consolidated Service Corp. (CSC), which was subsequently acquired by LeasePlan USA, where he worked as a regional vice president up to 2009.
