Subaru is bringing back its 2019 Impreza subcompact sedan and hatchback as carryover models that will retail for about $100 more than their 2018 counterparts. While the sedan will retail for at least $19,480, the five-door model starts at $19,980. Pricing includes an $885 delivery fee.

The 2019 Impreza will offer Subaru's optional EyeSight driver assisting technology (for $845) across the lineup and its revamped Starlink infotainment system. The Impreza Limited model will offer EyeSight, reverse automatic braking, and high-beam assist as standard equipment.

Subaru will offer the Impreza in four trim grades, including 2.0i base, Premium, Sport, and Limited. The lone engine is a 2.0-liter four-cylinder Boxer engine with direct fuel injection that makes 152 horsepower. While all-wheel drive is standard, the Impreza offers two transmission choices, including a five-speed manual (2.0i and 2.0i Sport) or a CVT (continuously variable transmission).

The base Impreza sedan with the manual transmission offers the lowest entry price. Adding the CVT increases the price by $100. The Premium retails for $22,480, while the Sport with the CVT retails for $23,080. The Limited retails for $25,880.
