WEX Inc. has signed a 10-year contract with Sinclair Oil Corp. to continue providing fuel cards for Sinclair's Fleet Track Card program.

Sinclair has been offering WEX fleet fuel cards since 2004 under the program that now counts 90,000 cardholders in 10 states and more than 6,000 locations. Under the terms of the new agreement, WEX will continue to allow more than 300 Sinclair distributors to issue the card to their customers. WEX offers various online tools to provide flexible pricing, application processing, reporting capabilities, and various credit tools.

"This agreement and Sinclair's recent selection of WEX Fleet One as its OTR fuel card service provider, reflects the strength of our growing partnership," said Bill Cooper, general manager of fleet OTR and partner channels at WEX. "Together, we've helped Sinclair increase its value to fleets and the truck stop network."
