Runzheimer, a mobile workforce management company, announced the release of its newest product, Equo Fuel, an alternative solution to the traditional fuel card.

The new software uses Runzheimer’s data assets and local fuel prices, combined with fleet vehicle miles per gallon information, to calculate a geographically accurate cents-per-mile reimbursement rate for fuel expenses.

Equo Fuel allows fleets that utilize vehicle reimbusments a fully automated mileage logging process. The program also calculates accurate reimbursment returns from organizations to their employees for trips used for business purposes and a simplified end-of-year calculation for persional use.
