Fleet management specialist ARI Fleet has appointed Matthew Hayesman to the new role of vehicle acquisition manager, effective September 09, 2021.
Hayesman will be joining the company’s Complete division, which specialises in traditional fleet leasing and management.
The former ALD Automotive executive will be charged with developing the team’s product knowledge, especially around electric vehicles, building relationships with key sector partners, and increasing customer service levels.
ARI Fleet says that it has seen a doubling of its leasing portfolio each year, along with a growing client base; Hayesman’s appointment will help the fleet management company consolidate and improve its market position.
Matt Cranny, director – complete division, leasing & supplier manager, commenting on the appointment of Hayesman, said:
“ARI’s leasing portfolio continues to grow at a phenomenal rate. The appointment of Matthew brings more strength in depth, knowledge and experience to our team so we can continue to innovate and deliver the best possible service to our customers.”
Before joining ARI Fleet Complete, Hayesman was operations team leader at ALD Automotive in the UK. Prior to that Hayesman was based in New Zealand, first with Ezi Car Rental and latterly with Thrifty Car Rental.
The other division of the recently restructured ARI Fleet business is called Complex, and deals with companies requiring legislative and regulatory management, such as heavy goods vehicle fleets.
