Up Next: Fleet Has a Talent Pipeline Problem, not a Talent Problem
Holman Takes Full Ownership of ARIZA in Mexico
Holman is bringing its Mexican fleet management operation fully under its own brand after more than 30 years as a joint venture. The change gives multinational fleet customers a single Holman operation across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.

For more than 30 years, Holman’s fleet management presence in Mexico has operated through its ARIZA joint venture with Corporación Zapata.
Automotive Fleet
Holman has acquired full ownership of ARIZA, its fleet management joint venture in Mexico, bringing the operation entirely under the Holman brand.
ARIZA previously operated as a 50/50 joint venture between Holman and Corporacion Zapata. As part of the acquisition, ARIZA will retire its name, and the company's operations will transition to Holman.
The move expands Holman's directly operated fleet management presence in Mexico and is intended to simplify fleet management for customers operating vehicles across multiple North American countries.
A 30-Year Fleet Partnership
ARIZA was established in 1995 as a joint venture between Holman and Corporación Zapata, focused on supporting multinational fleets operating in Mexico.
Following the acquisition, ARIZA's existing team, operations, and customer relationships will join Holman.
“Holman is honored and grateful to have partnered with the Zapata family on this successful joint venture for more than 30 years,” said Chris Conroy, CEO of Holman. “Bringing ARIZA fully into Holman reflects our confidence in the Mexico market [and] our commitment to supporting customers across North America.”
What Changes for Fleet Customers?
Holman said customers operating across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico will have a single point of contact and more consistent processes across the three countries.
The integration also brings the Mexican operation's fleet services directly into Holman's broader North American fleet management organization.
ARIZA's physical locations, website, digital properties, and customer-facing materials will transition to the Holman name and brand identity.
For multinational fleets, the change consolidates a joint-venture operation in Mexico with Holman's existing operations elsewhere in North America.
