Scheduled 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. PST, Market Report; The State of the Fleet Market in Mexico, will present a panel discussion of trending commercial fleet topics such as funding options, procurement, safety initiatives and fleet data analytics. A second panel, held from 11:3 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. PST, will focus on Latest Trends and Fleet Market Conditions in Canada. The session, moderated by Keith McLauglin, publisher, Canadian Automotive Fleet magazine, will identify Canadian best practices and trends in the varying and dynamic Canadian fleet market. Panelists include Jeff Hartley, president, LeasePlan Canada; Ryan D’Souza, executive vice-president, Jim Patterson Lease; Hamid Dean, ethics and compliance leader, facilities leader and fleet manager, 3M Canada Company; and Jon Grant, national fleet manager, G4S Secure Solutions (Canada) Ltd.

Market Report: State of the UK Fleet Market, scheduled 9:30 –10:30 a.m., PST, will look at current fleet trends and future directions in the United Kingdom, particularly in a post-COVID and post-Brexit environment. Presented by Paul Hollick, executive director, Association of Fleet Professionals, session topics will include funding, outsourcing, sustainability, rightsizing, mobility, driver behavior and connectivity.
Held 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. PST, Best Practices in Managing Vehicle Residual Values in a Globally Dispersed Fleet will clarify the relation of residual value to TCO and define its key drivers. Presenter Johan Berbois, managing partner, SS Consulting in Antwerp, Belgium, will address the global impact of COVID-19 on used car values, formulate future key trends and provide best practices to minimize the impact on fleet operators’ budgets.
