Ford will offer several options exclusive to fleet customers across its 2019 lineup in addition to the options already announced for the Ranger midsize pickup and Transit Connect compact van.

Fleet purchasers will have choices not offered to retail buyers within the utility lineup of Escape, Edge, Explorer, and Expedition. Ford sedans will also offer several fleet-only options.

"Ford offers the best lineup of SUVs for our fleet customers," said Imran Jalal, fleet brand and communications manager. "We are passionate about the fleet business and are excited to offer options across the lineup that our customers want and value."

For the Escape compact SUV, fleet equipment available across all trim grades includes the smoker's package. The Escape S offers a fleet cargo management system, 110-volt/150-watt AC power outlet, non-configurable daytime running lamps, privacy glass, and a reverse sensing system. The daytime running lamps and reverse sensing system are also available with SE. On SE and SEL, fleets can order the 2.0-liter EcoBoost engine with auto start-stop and the 2.0-liter EcoBoost Class II Trailer Tow package.

The Edge SE will offer the Fleet Driver's package that includes a 10-way power driver's seat (fore/aft, up/down, recline, tilt, and lumbar) and a reverse sensing system. Fleets can also add non-configurable daytime running lamps.

Explorer offers daytime running lamps and a reverse sensing system.

Expedition, which entered its fourth generation in 2018, offers non-configurable daytime running lamps across all trims. The XL models are available as fleet only and feature a reverse sensing system, SiriusXM Radio, and a Heavy Duty Tow package that includes 18-inch machine-faced aluminum wheels, heavy duty engine radiator, Pro Trailer Backup Assist, 3.73 electronic limited slip differential and integrated trailer brake controller.  In addition, the base Expedition comes in a Special Service Vehicle (SSV) package which includes 17-inch steel wheels, a column shifter, vinyl seats and floors, along with skid plates on the 4x4 version.

For its Fusion and Taurus sedans, Ford is offering non-configurable daytime running lights. Mustang gets tonneau caps for the convertible.

The face-lifted 2019 Fusion also offers several fleet options, including the reverse sensing system on the S.  On all models, fleets may order daytime running lamps, and paint protection film by 3M that covers the trunk lid, door handle cups, door edges, and rear fascia edge. Other fleet-exclusive options include front and rear floor liners and premium front and rear floor mats with a trunk mat. Fleet buyers of the Fusion SE can choose a 2.5-liter i-VCT engine with a six-speed automatic transmission on the front-wheel-drive model.

The Taurus offers daytime running lamps as well as SiriusXM radio on the SE.

Ford has carried over fleet-exclusive options on the other trucks and vans from the 2018 model year.
