Fiat Chrysler Automobiles has issued safety recalls for the 2019 models of its Dodge Charger and Jeep Cherokee for separate issues.

FCA is recalling approximately 1,097 2019 Dodge Charger vehicles because the driver and passenger sun visors may not include the required air bag warning information.

Failure to provide air bag warning information increases the likelihood of injury, especially in the event of a collision.

To fix the problem, FCA has notified owners, and dealers will replace the driver and passenger sun visors, at no cost to owners. The recall began April 17. FCA's reference number for this recall is V35.

FCA is also recalling an estimated 253 2019 Jeep Cherokee vehicles because the front passenger seat mounting bolts may be loose.

In the event of a crash, the seat may move, which increases the chances of injury. To remedy the issue, FCA has notified owners and dealers will tighten the mounting bolts, at no cost to owners.

The recall began April 11. FCA's reference number for this recall is V31. Owners can reach FCA customer service at (800) 853-1403.
