Element Fleet Management's president has appointed four executives to senior leadership roles in Canada following the acquisition of PHH Arval.

Jim Halliday, president of Element Fleet Management, has selected Patricia Furgiuele as president of the Canadian fleet operation. Furgiuele comes over from PHH Arval, where she was a senior vice president and general manager in Canada. She had been promoted to that role in November.

Chris Gittens, a former commercial leader for GE Capital Fleet Services in Canada, has been named senior vice president and chief business development officer.

Other moves include Sumair Mirza being named vice president and chief operating officer, as well as Sudha Dwivedi taking on the role of vice president of human relations. Dwivedi takes on a similar role to the one she had at PHH Arval.
