Element Fleet Management has hired Paul Kasbar as its regional director of sales for the West region, the fleet management company announced.

Kasbar brings more than 25 years of fleet management and U.S. sales experience to the role. He most recently served as regional sales manager at Mobileye, a manufacturer of advanced driver assistance systems focused on collision avoidance.

"Paul's 20-plus years of professional fleet management sales experience will be an asset to the Element Fleet team," said Suresh Rajapakse, Element's vice president of sales for the West region. "By leveraging his strong business experience and the proactive, consultative approach Element Fleet delivers, he will help customers meet their corporate objectives."

Kasbar is based out of San Francisco and is responsible for identifying and closing new business relationships focused on corporate automotive fleets. His areas of business in the West region include California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Montana.
