Element Fleet Management has hired two vice presidents of sales to represent the Central and West regions in North America.
Element Fleet has hired Tom Bessinger as its vice president of sales for the Central region. He was the director of client relations for Runzheimer International, which offers a business vehicles reimbursement program. He oversaw account management for five years.
Rajapakse
Bessinger also spent seven years at GE Capital as a regional sales leader for their fleet management business and 10 years at FedEx in various leadership, training and sales roles.
Suresh Rajapakse joins Element Fleet as vice president of sales for the West region. He was the vice president of sales and account management for Innovation Group where his team managed more than $30 million in annual revenue.
