The 2018 Chevrolet Equinox is now available in China, reflecting General Motors' goal of introducing more than 20 new or refreshed products in China by the end of 2020
The Equinox features six trim levels and marks the debut of GM’s nine-speed transmission in China, according to the automaker. It is priced between RMB 174,900 ($25,329) and RMB 249,900 ($36,190), and is available in six trim levels.

The Equinox is available with a 1.5T overhead direct injection turbocharged engine paired with GM’s six-speed DSS transmission, or a powertrain featuring a 2.0T twin-scroll direct injection turbocharged engine mated to a nine-speed Hydra-Matic transmission.
Chevrolet’s dual-cockpit design features a center console with an integrated floating 8-inch LCD touchscreen. The Equinox also features 10 safety features, including side blind zone alert and forward collision alert.
The Chevrolet Equinox offers 59 special features that come standard on all trims, including start/stop system, active grille shutters, keyless entry, push-button start, and active noise cancellation
