Louis Leclerc, associate director – Bell Fleet Solutions (BFS), has retired from Bell Canada, following a 35-year career with the company, which he joined in 1980. Leclerc managed the entire BCE fleet operations for Bell and its group of companies, consisting of more than 14,000 vehicles and related rolling assets.

Leclerc was also responsible for contractual vendor management with numerous suppliers, including the third-party vendor management with Transervice Lease Co. (TLC), which acts as an agent of Bell Canada and its affiliates for all labor at its 46 fleet maintenance and repair garages and all associated parts, parts inventory, shop services, capital tools, and one national call center for seamless coast-to-coast coverage.
