ARI Honored Again as Top Workplace in Canada
ARI was honored for the second time this year as being a top workplace in Canada, which was based on its work culture and open communication channels.

The fleet management company was honored again as one of the "Best Workplaces in Canada" by Great Place to Work. Overall, it ranked at No. 18 in the 1,000-plus employees category, marking the third consecutive year ARI has been named to the Canadian list.

The fleet management company was honored again as one of the "Best Workplaces in Canada" by Great Place to Work, according to the FMC. Overall, it ranked at No. 18 in the 1,000-plus employees category, marking the third consecutive year ARI has been named to the Canadian list.
ARI was praised for its rich, engaging culture that emphasizes a proper work/life balance achieved through trust, flexibility, and open communication between employees and leadership, according to the company.
ARI was also recognized for various educational and wellness initiatives along with its Partners in Excellence recognition program which engages employees and celebrates their achievements.
A Great Place to Work certified organization, ARI was also recently named to the 2019 List of Best Workplaces for Giving Back in Canada as well as the 2018 List of the 30 Best Workplaces in Professional Services. This year, over 400 organizations representing more than 300,000 employees participated in the 2019 “Best Workplaces in Canada” survey.
The competition process is based on two criteria: confidential employee survey results and in-depth review of the organization’s culture.
