EPA Will Delay Retail Compliance Date for Ultra-Sulfur Diesel

WASHINGTON, D.C. – To facilitate the transition to the ultra-low sulfur diesel (ULSD) fuel, the EPA announced plans to issue a rule later this year to delay the compliance date for the retail sale of ultra low-sulfur diesel fuel next year, according to Fleet Focus, the e-mail newsletter produced by the National Association of Fleet Administrators (NAFA).
