Starting May 1, 2002, General Motors launches a new retail marketing program that will offer $1,000, $2,000, or $3,000 customer cash on the purchase of all new 2002 Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Oldsmobile, and Pontiac-GMC cars and trucks through July 1. Alternatively, customers can take advantage of a 1-2-3 APR plan — APR financing rates of 1.9 percent for up to 36 months, 2.9 percent for up to 48 months, or 3.9 percent for up to 60 months.
