DES PLAINES, IL – Wheels, Inc. announced that it has been selected as one of the “Best and Brightest Companies to work for in Chicago” by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR). The NABR recognized Wheels and other companies at "Chicago’s 101 Best & Brightest Companies to Work For" 2005 symposium and awards luncheon June 10 at the Chicago Marriott Oak Brook in Oak Brook, Ill. This award program was created to recognize human resource best practices and tools for constant improvement demonstrated by the top companies in the area. Wheels’ recognition as an ideal work environment by the NABR panel of judges was based on information highlighting the company’s culture, policies, and human resource practices. The winners of the 2005 "Chicago’s 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For" award are selected based on the following criteria: diversity and multi-culturalism, work-life balance, communication, compensation and benefits, employee education and development, recruitment and selection, employee engagement and commitment, recognition and retention, and community initiatives.
