Fleet registrations in France dipped 6.7% in November despite retaining a 3.8% growth year-to-date.

The leading auto manufacturer for the month was Peugeot, which had 2% growth for the month and posted a 30% share of the market, according to a report from Dataforce. This was followed by Renault in second, then Citroën, Volkswagen, and Mercedes-Benz.

Volvo was also one of the top auto manufacturers for the region in November, posting a 37.1% growth, Dataforce said. This was bolstered by support of its SUV models, the XC60 and the XC40.

Small and medium SUVs continued to show strength in the region, both posting 10% growth, reports Dataforce. Small SUVs were led by Peugeot’s 2008.

Meanwhile, the mini car segment posted a 46.1% growth in November, which was bolstered by the strength of EVs in the segment.
