Fleet Response has been named a 2020 Top Workplace by the Cleveland Plain Dealer. The 2020 award marks the fourth year Fleet Response has received this recognition, winning previous years in 2015, 2017, and 2018.
Fleet Response ranked 6th in the Midsize Companies category, according to Fleet Response. Selection is based solely on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous third-party survey, which measured several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection.
The Plain Dealer’s Top Workplaces list reflects companies in the region that cultivate a connection with their workforce. This year’s Workplaces list ranks about 150 companies, nonprofits, schools, and other employers, according to Fleet Response.
“The combination of our people and culture gives us the most powerful source of competitive advantage. People are top of mind when making decisions about our organization,” said Scott Mawaka, Fleet Response CEO and president.
Today, Fleet Response has more than 180 employees who provide support for accident, maintenance, and safety programs.
The roots of Fleet Response have been growing strong in Northeast Ohio for 34 years. However, none of the organization’s success would have been possible without our dedicated and hardworking employees,” said Mawaka.
Nearly 40% of Fleet Response employees have worked for the company for more than five years, and another 15% have been there for more than ten years.
