CHICAGO - Wheels, Inc. recently promoted three members of its sales and client relations departments. The company promoted Norman Din to vice president of sales, Laura Jozwiak to VP of client relations, and Art Failla to assistant VP of client relations.

According to Wheels, Din joined the company in 2004 and previously served as Wheels’ VP of client relations.

Din has more than 30 years of management experience and has held senior leadership positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Mesirow Stein Real Estate, Inc. before joining Wheels. He also co-founded an integrated marketing and communications firm, Din & Pangrazio, Inc., which grew to become an INC.500 company in the 1980s, according to Wheels.

Jozwiak now oversees Wheels’ account management, client relations, and account transition teams. Jozwiak joined Wheels in 2002 as an account manager and most recently served as senior director of client relations.

Jozwiak has been in the fleet industry for three decades. According to Wheels, she has expertise in strategic interfacing, and in operations areas such as license and titling, acquisitions, and fuel. Wheels added that she was also the first person from a fleet management company to earn accreditation as a Certified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM) from the National Association of Fleet Administrators (NAFA).

Failla, who was also a senior client relations director, will report to Jozwiak and work with her in her new role. Failla joined Wheels in 2000, and has held positions in sales and client relations.

Failla has more than 30 years of experience in the fleet management industry, and served in management position on the client and supplier sides. He has been an instructor in NAFA’s Fleet Management Seminar program for many years and is actively involved with the association, Wheels said.
