TruStar Energy has been contracted to design and build 15 compressed natural gas (CNG) stations for UPS, the fueling infrastructure developer announced.
The CNG fueling stations, planned for 11 states, will fuel over 2,000 UPS tractors and delivery trucks once the parcel delivery company’s recently announced 1,400 CNG additions to their fleet are deployed. Station construction has already begun in Oklahoma City, Okla., and New Orleans, La., according to TruStar.
