United Kingdom fleet registrations in the commercial vehicle market increased by 20.9% to 17,220 units in February 2020, and has reached a positive 8.7% increase so far, year-to-date in 2021, according to Dataforce.

The top ranked commercial vehicle brands are Ford, Opel, and Peugeot, Dataforce said. The best sold commercial vehicles are the Ford Transit, the Ford Transit Custom, and the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter.

Meanwhile, the passenger car market decreased by 35.5% to 51,312 units, in February, and is down 38.1%, year-to-date, according to Dataforce.

The biggest passenger car brands in the United Kingdom for 2021 are Ford, Volkswagen, and BMW. The best sold model so far is the Opel Corsa, followed by the Ford Fiesta, and then the Nissan Qashqai.
