Toyota Recalls Nearly 400,000 Vehicles Over Faulty Rearview Camera

Toyota is recalling certain 2022-2025 Toyota Tundra and Tundra Hybrid models, as well as certain 2023-2025 Sequoia vehicles.
The recall involves 394,000 vehicles in the U.S.
The 14-inch multimedia center display in these vehicles can show a half-green, full-green, or full-black screen. If this occurs while the vehicle is being reversed, it may not meet a federal safety standard, and there is an increased risk of a crash with a person behind the vehicle.
Toyota dealers will update the multimedia display software, free of charge.
Toyota will notify customers by late November 2025.
