TomTom has acquired Barcelona-headquartered Coordina (Gestion Electronica Logistica, S.L.), a Fleet Management Solutions provider.

It gives us also access to a first-class team with a similar culture, a broad and strong local sales network and a well-established local service hub. The large, currently underpenetrated Spanish market is expected to grow strongly during the next years.”

By adding 27,000 subscriptions from Coordina, TomTom Business Solutions will reach an active installed base of more than 300,000 vehicles which services 25,000 customers, the largest customer base in the industry, according to TomTom.
