Tina Kourakos to Retire After Successful Stints at Subaru & CIGNA
Before joining Subaru, Kourakos was a long-time fleet manager at CIGNA and also spent time at sanofi-aventis, where she merged the two fleets and managed an expansion of almost 10,000 vehicles.

Tina Kourakos, national commercial fleet sales manager for Subaru of America, will retire from the company on Oct. 3, 2022, after holding this position for more than 16 years.
Succeeding Kourakos as national commercial fleet sales manager is Matt Falcone, who earlier retired from Volvo Car USA LLC after working almost 29 years with the company. Falcone's last position at Volvo Car USA LLC was working as a fleet account manager, a position he assumed in 2014.

Kourakos looks forward to a relaxing retirement after a strong career in fleet.

Prior to working at Subaru, Kourakos was assistant director at CIGNA where she managed the company fleet from 1983-2004. Kourakos then joined sanofi-aventis as the company’s senior manager, vehicle fleet & safety. While at sanofi-aventis, Kourakos merged the two fleets – sanofi and Aventis – and managed the fleet’s expansion to almost 10,000 vehicles.
