FARMINGTON, CT – Farmington, CT-based Motorlease Corporation today announced three employees have recently celebrated their 10-year anniversaries with the Company. Judy Knight, Adam Lopresti, and Jeff Perkins, will be honored at the Company’s year-end recognition ceremony.

“We congratulate these three valued employees as we celebrate their 10-year anniversaries with Motorlease. It’s unusual in today’s work environment for employees to stay so long with one company and this is a significant accomplishment,” said Jack Leary, President. “At Motorlease, we pride ourselves on our client-centered approach to doing business. Jeff, Adam, and Judy share this focus, along with expertise in their individual fields - and we wish them continued success.”

“We are also pleased to announce that the majority of our staff at Motorlease has been with us for more than 10 years. We value the sense of continuity that this high level of employee longevity provides our clients,” Leary continued.

Judy Knight and Adam Lopresti are important members of the Company’s East Coast sales team, as Senior Account Sales Executives. Judy works with new and existing accounts in New Jersey and northern Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Motorlease, she held sales positions with Iron Mountain and Ricoh. “Motorlease is a company that understands its niche and builds its business on service and relationships. I’ve worked for other companies - Motorlease is a great company to work for and I’m proud to be a part of this team,” said Knight.

Adam works with the Motorlease’s New England accounts. He received the Daniel A. Leary award in appreciation for significant contribution to the success of the company in 2008, and the Spring Shootout Sales Award in 2008. Prior to joining Motorlease, he held sales positions with technology companies in New Jersey. “Working for Motorlease combines my background in sales with my passion for cars,” Lopresti said. “It’s a company that values its employees as much as its relationships with customers, and I feel lucky to work here.”

Jeff Perkins is Purchasing and Remarketing Manager at Motorlease and in that capacity is responsible for the resale of all of the Company’s off-lease vehicles. He joined Motorlease in 2002 working in accounts payable, and later managed registration renewals before being promoted to his current position. He received the Daniel A. Leary award in 2006 and 2010. “The fleet leasing industry has changed dramatically during my time at Motorlease. It seems every year, our customers are faced with new challenges, and we’re proud to be able to respond to their needs with new solutions,” said Perkins.

“Jeff came to Motorlease as a part-time, temporary employee right out of college. We quickly realized his ability to jump in and add value to every project that comes his way. He has grown with Motorlease over the years and become a very valuable member of our team, ” said Leary.
