Switzerland Fleet Registrations Down So Far This Year
The true fleet market in Switzerland is down 9.3% year-to-date when compared to the same period of time last year.

Fleet registrations were also down 12.2% for the month of June alone, when compared to the same time last year.

Registrations for the true fleet market in Switzerland are down 9.3% year-to-date when compared to the same period of time last year, according to a report from Dataforce.
Fleet registrations were also down 12.2% for the month of June alone, when compared to the same time last year, and the entire commercial market was down 8.4%.
Despite these declines, leading the fleet market for the first half of the year was Volkswagen, which also showed small declines of 2.2%, according to Dataforce. This was followed by Škoda Auto in second, which grew by 12.5%, and BMW in third.
Elsewhere, even though light commercial registrations were down in June, this particular segment showed a 5.2% growth in the true fleet market for the first half of the year.
Meanwhile, Volkswagen also leads the importer ranking for light commercial vehicles in the True Fleet market with a market share of 19.0%. Ford, Mercedes-Benz, and Renault follow closely behind with market shares of between 13% and 14%.
