Kappel
Arthur Kappel, CAFM, is an adjunct instructor at Suffolk County Community College in Selden, N.Y., where he teaches automotive business. He assumed this position in September.
Kappel is currently director of fleet operations for Altice USA in Bethpage, N.Y., where he provides strategic oversight for national telecom fleet of more than 7,000 assets across 20 states.
Altice USA is the fourth largest U.S. cable operator following its earlier acquisition of Cablevision and Suddenlink Communication.
Kappel supervised seven direct reports in six states. Prior to the acquisition by Altice USA, Kappel was the director of fleet operations for Cablevision, which he joined in 2014.
