Global automotive finance, leasing, fleet and mobility management software provider, Sofico, has gone on a recruitment drive via a new dedicated careers portal as it seeks to recruit the highly skilled personnel required to continue its ambitious five-year expansion plans.
Sofico launched the new careers portal to fill vacancies which includes project managers, business consultants, software engineers, technical consultants and support staff at a number of locations, including Belgium, France, the United Kingdom, Germany, Mexico, and Japan.
Gémar Hompes, Sofico managing director, said the new recruits would play a key role the company’s expansion plans that were outlined to employees earlier this year in the Vision 2020-2025 program, which is aimed at maintaining a healthy growth of around 15% per annum through ongoing investment in people and product development.
Sofico now operates in 27 countries globally, and last year completed implementations of its Miles contract management system in several new countries, including Romania, South Korea and Denmark.
And since the start of this year, despite the widespread effects of the coronavirus pandemic, the company has recruited 40 new staff members in offices as far apart as Mexico, Japan and the Netherlands as it looks to achieve a five-year strategy for success based on ongoing investment in people and innovation.
This follows a year of record sales in 2019. Last year also saw a record 11 implementations of its Miles software solution in a number of new countries and an increase in employees to record levels worldwide.
