Sofico opened an office in Mexico to better serve its customers in Central America with its services in auto financing, leasing, and fleet software.

The company, which provides critical software solutions for leasing and fleet management companies, added the office as part of its growth strategy of establishing a local presence in key markets, according to Sofico.

The office is located in Puebla, southeast of Mexico City, and is staffed by existing personnel seconded from Sofico’s offices in Ghent, Belgium, and Tokyo, Japan, along with a number of locally hired employees.

Sofico offers fleets its Miles software service, which is an asset contract managing system that can help fleets handle the lifecylce of the contact.
