ServNet Looks Toward New Leadership in 2020
Bruce Beam, president of ServNet Auctions and general manager of Dealers Auto Auction of OKC, outlined some of his and the organization’s goals for the coming year.
Bruce Beam, president of ServNet Auctions and general manager of Dealers Auto Auction of OKC, outlined some of his and the organization’s goals for the coming year, as long-time CEO Pierre Pons officially departs from the company at the end of 2019.
Beam noted that he is committed to marketing the ServNet brand to dealers across the country. His goal during his two-year tenure is ensure that new and used car dealers know what a ServNet auction is and what it stands for.
He also provided some additional information on the people who will comprise ServNet’s new leadership team: Executive Director John Brasher and Administrative Director Robert Sullivan.
Both Brasher and Sullivan are former ServNet auction owners.
Brasher was an owner within the Brasher family of auctions — which had grown to eight auctions —before their acquisition by ADESA in 2016. During that time Brasher was one of the guiding forces behind Auction Pipeline, which is now Edge Pipeline, and the Auction Edge family of companies. Brasher’s father was also among the founding members of ServNet in 1988.
Sullivan was previously a managing partner of Chattanooga Auto Auction, an early member of ServNet. He also served a two-year term as ServNet’s president from 2004 to 2006.
Since then he has worked as a consultant for many of the ServNet auctions.
“John and Bob bring unique and valuable perspectives to their new leadership positions, along with a wealth of knowledge and expertise, and we are looking forward to working with them both,” said Beam.
