More than 100 new full-time and about 20 part-time associates will be hired and trained by Remarketing Services of America Inc. (RSA) within the first quarter of 2001, bringing RSA’s staff to 500. To accommodate the growth of nearly 120 new associates, and to expand the ongoing career de-velopment of current associates, RSA has launched the new Center for Learning and Development. The associates will receive instruction on customer service, automotive finance, sensitivity, listening and negotiation skills, conflict management, customer/dealer relations, project management, and the specifics of client partner programs. RSA, a member of the DaimlerChrysler Services Group, currently manages 250,000 vehicles and $2.1 billion in transactions. It is an independent provider of vehicle remarketing, lease maturity man-agement, and customer retention services to the automotive finance industry.
