PHH Releases Version 3.0 PHH Interactive
PHH Vehicle Management Services launched PHH Interactive Release 3.0 on Aug. 7, 2000. PHH Interactive 3.0 uses push technology and has streamlined navigation. The enhancements include the following:
HyperExplorer allows fleet managers to increase productivity by quickly compare data for multiple parts of the organization and multiple services at once.
Event Monitor is an exception management tool that enables fleet managers to receive critical fleet information instantly from PHH. Fleet managers can choose what data, transaction levels, event details and other parameters. Then, when an event occurs that meets their criteria, the information appears on their personalized home page – and is continually updated – automatically.
Enhanced Vehicle Ordering will be available later in August. It will allow fleet managers to generate an online report that identifies vehicles due for replacement based on their own parameters and downloads the appropriate information into a vehicle order worksheet. Fleet managers can also order multiple vehicles online faster in a more streamlined process.
In addition, PHH Interactive 3.0 added additional features such as:
Shortcuts similar to “favorites” in Internet Explorer and “bookmarks” in Netscape Navigator that allows users to mark the pages in PHH Interactive they view most frequently.
Quick Search to expedite search transactions across driver name, unit number, and client asset ID.
Broadcast Messages based on push technology to alert fleet managers to important news and events.
Redesigned Log-in and Home Page. Also, navigation buttons have been changed to hyperlinks for quicker loading.
Currently, 4,300 PHH clients are using PHH Interactive.
