SPARKS, MD – PHH Arval held its annual Fleet Roundtable, a two-day conference for fleet managers and automotive industry professionals, at the Four Seasons Hotel in Baltimore, Maryland October 11-12. Over 150 clients, prospects and alliance partners were in attendance to learn how PHH is evolving traditional views on fleet management.

Front and center at this year’s conference were new concepts in engaging drivers to help fleet managers achieve their goals and the latest in customer experience initiatives and mobile technology. Fleet managers participated in interactive workshops on Risk and Safety, Managing Total Cost of Ownership and Policy Best Practices. Attendees also visited the PHH Arval Expo which included nine booths featuring new PHH products and services.

Just prior to the PHH Fleet Roundtable, nearly 50 members of the PHH Client Advisory Board met to preview emerging technologies and discuss PHH’s latest initiatives in Customer Experience, Truck Services and Operational Excellence. Also in the days leading up to this event, members of the PHH Arval Global Alliance gathered in Baltimore for their annual summit focused on global fleet management. Representatives from Arval (Europe), Avis Fleet Services (Southern Africa), Facileasing (Mexico), sgfleet (Australia/New Zealand) and Sumitomo Mitsui Auto Service (Japan) attended the summit.
