PHH Arval Announces Several Promotions in Business Development

SPARKS, MD – PHH Arval announced the promotion of several key members of its business development team, including Brad Burgess, Bruce Wright, and Marcin Michno.

SPARKS, MD – PHH Arval announced the promotion of several key members of its business development team.

The company promoted Brad Burgess, formerly Regional Vice President for the Northeast market, to Vice President, Keystone Sales, which focuses on clients with fleets up to 700 units. He will be responsible for leading a dedicated team.

“For many years, Brad has been an outstanding contributor to the Cornerstone Sales organization, signing prestigious new clients, and is a three-time winner of the PHH Arval Sales Executive of the Year award,” said Gary Anderson, Senior Vice President of Business Development. “We see tremendous opportunity, and look forward to the contributions Brad and his team will make to PHH Arval.”

Reporting to Burgess in his new role will be four Keystone Regional Sales Directors:

  • David Cuomo, who won Sales Executive of the Year in 2009 and 2010, joined PHH Arval in 1996, and is responsible for the Northeast region;

  • Nichole Gracey, who joined PHH Arval in 2005, is responsible for the Southeast region;

  • Kevin Kiedrow, who recently joined PHH Arval after working for 10 years at Penske Truck Leasing, is responsible for the Midwest region; and

  • Doug Fish, who recently joined PHH Arval, is responsible for the Texas market.

Bruce Wright has been promoted to Director, Business Development, responsible for retention and growth of clients in Cornerstone Sales, which focuses on organizations with more than 700 units. Marcin Michno has been promoted to Regional Director, responsible for retention and growth of Keystone clients in the Northeast.

Wright joined PHH Arval in 2006 and most recently served as a Regional Director on the Keystone Team, and Michno joined PHH Arval in 2005 and most recently served as a Regional Manager on the Keystone Team.

“We are excited about the growth we have experienced, and our ability to provide quality resources to our clients. We understand they are doing more with less, and these changes will allow us to provide our trademark, outstanding customer service as well as the product and services they need,” said Burgess.
