NTEA Announces 2026-2027 Board
Rick Albertini brings more than 40 years of industry experience to his new role as NTEA Board chairman. His leadership reflects a long-standing commitment to advancing the work truck industry and supporting its evolving needs.

During NTEA's Annual Meeting, Rick Albertini, president & CEO of Phenix Truck & Van (right), was installed as the 62nd board chairman of NTEA. He accepted the position from immediate past board chairman Ben Winter, vice chairman/business development at Transfer Flow.

The 2026-2027 Board of Directors for NTEA – The Work Truck Association was announced during Work Truck Week 2026.

“I am thrilled to continue serving the commercial vehicle community as NTEA Board chairman and am looking forward to working alongside this year’s Board members,” Albertini said about the appointment.
Decades of Leadership
A graduate of Long Beach State University with a bachelor’s degree in finance, Albertini has dedicated 40 years to Phenix Truck & Van, helping grow the company from a small, family-owned operation into a workforce of more than 200 employees providing vocational truck and van solutions that meet evolving regulatory demands.
Throughout his tenure on the NTEA Board, Albertini has contributed across numerous committees, including serving as chairman of the Board Development & Recruitment, Finance & Investment, and Program & Services committees, further strengthening his role in advancing the work truck industry.
