MiX Adds Oil Company to Australasia Portfolio

In collaboration with channel partner Master System Technologies Ltd in Papua New Guinea (PNG), MiX announced it has won a tender to help manage the safe and efficient operation of Oil Search Limited’s fleet.

MiX said its channel partner approached G4S PNG and submitted the tender as a joint venture. Currently, 150 vehicles are being fitted with the MiX fleet management solution, and an additional 100 vehicles will be fitted in 2016.

Most of Oil Search’s assets are located in PNG, where it holds an extensive spread of oil and gas production and exploration licenses. The customer sought a complete solution that would deliver on its commitment to health, safety and environment objectives, according to MiX.
