Mitsubishi Motors Corp. will unveil its latest multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) for the Indonesian market at the 25th GAIKINDO Indonesia International Auto Show in August.

Mitsubishi Motors Corp. will unveil its latest multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) for the Indonesian market at the Indonesia International Auto Show in August.

The new MPV will launch in the Indonesian market in fall of 2017, and the reveal of its name will be announced at the show, according to the automaker.

The new MPV is designed to fit seven occupants and will enter a booming Indonesian MPV market, according to Mitsubishi. The vehicle is powered by a 1.5L engine with either a manual or automatic transmission.

The all-new MPV is produced at the company's Indonesian factory.
