Mitsubishi Fuso Reaches 60,000 Trucks Sold
Mitusbishi Fuso Truck of North America Inc. recently delivered its 60,000th truck to Baker Brothers Produce of Richmond, VA. Sold by Colonial Ford Truck Sales, Inc. in Richmond, the 60,000th truck will join the Baker Brothers’ fleet of 14 Mitusbishi Fuso trucks for daily delivery runs. Bill Baker of Baker Brothers purchased his first Mitsubishi Fuso truck in 1990. “We purchased three trucks the first time to see how they worked for us and were really pleased,” said Baker. “The trucks don’t break down, which is vital for us in this business. Service is what makes our company different from the competition and that means we must have reliable trucks.” In business since 1986, Baker Brothers Produce runs Mitsubishi Fuso FE, FE-SP and FH models with either 12-ft. or 16-ft. refrigerated bodies.
