Merchants has recently made significant reinvestments in its value added services, and Holland's promotion is part of this initiative. She has been with Merchants for over a decade and was instrumental in establishing many of Merchants' internal systems in support of customers.

"I'm delighted to be in this new role and look forward to introducing several new products and services that will have an immediate and positive impact for our clients," said Holland. "We're pleased to have added a comprehensive Safety Solution to our lineup and are in the final stages of securing a strategic partnership for a Telematics solution.
