Merchants Fleet Management has formed a strategic alliance with Alamo Leasing, a Texas-based fleet leasing company that specializes in the hospitality, healthcare, and oil & gas industries.

Alamo Leasing, which is headquartered in San Antonio, is one of the largest independently owned leasing companies in Texas. It has been family owned and operated for more than 50 years. Patrick Breen, Alamo's president, will continue to manage the San Antonio corporate operations, and all Alamo Leasing employees will remain on staff in the same capacity.
"Both companies are driven by the same core values with a focus on highly customized service, understanding customers' needs, and being a true partner in helping them maximize efficiencies," said Glen Villano, Merchants' chief executive. "We bring an expanded line of services and technology solutions to the table and look forward to continuing to meet all customers' needs today and into the future."
