Merchants Fleet has recognized Fleet Response with its Supplier Excellence award this week for its track record of supplying safety services to the fleet management company.
The award was presented at the opening of Fleet Summit 19, Merchants Fleet's event for clients and business partners that's being held at its new headquarters in Hooksett, N.H.
"It has been a pleasure doing business with Fleet Response over the years, and we look forward to many more years of collaboration," said Adam Secore, senior vice president of operations at Merchants Fleet. "Their ability to innovate and adapt to our clients’ unique needs is what makes them essential to our business model and is why they are our longest-standing partner."
Fleet Response has been a supplier of the fleet management company for 25 years. The company offers claims management, accident management, driver safety training, subrogation, and other fleet services.
"Like Merchants, flexibility is one of our core promises to our customers," said Scott Mawaka, chief executive and president of Fleet Response. "We appreciate working with a like-minded company that understands the importance of customization, and we value their continued partnership."
